Required to lead a team and be accountable for the successful delivery of all the requirements within budget and schedule. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Identify coordinate and work with all stakeholders to define the overall scope and schedule for the MOM Engineering Systems. Develop the Scope of Work for the MOM Engineering Systems. Develop the Execution Plan for the development of the ITB package and cost estimate for the MOM Engineering Systems Integration. Lead the development effort of the ITB package including the detail scope coverage hardware software specifications and procedures for the MOM Engineering Systems Integration. Develop the implementation specifications including software hardware systems integration based on the operation work processes for the following classifications of Engineering Systems for the plant operation Technical Services systems Integrity Management- Reliability and Materials Analytical Labs Project Engineering Project Management systems including Develop the 3D model PDMS operating strategy based on MOM s intended use of 3D models. Develop the strategy for Engineering Systems handover to the Owner. 10 years of Engineering Systems support experience in plant Operations. 5 years of IT Project Management experience
