MATERIALS CONTROLLER This position would be responsible for ensuring controlled tracking and expediting of Project materials already delivered for coordinating the expediting of new material equipment and the storage of the material whose installation will be postponed by the result of the Offshore reconfiguration To provide support to in managing and co-ordinate the materials for the offshore facilities to ensure that Execution Contractors are timely provided with all Company supplied equipment services materials and consumables. Main duties and responsibilities Supporting Department in managing the storage of the materials already delivered. Supporting Department in managing the logistic relevant to the delivery or the storage of the material still to be delivered Maintaining a full traceability of the different material purchased delivered and stored. Supporting Department with reference to variations orders proposals and various claims in conjunction with Delivery of the materials. Evaluating schedule and contractual impacts of all changes and variations and timely inform management. Analyses solutions and costs relevant to material logistic ship to site and storage. Gap analysis of the initial and actual scope of work of the different CONTRACTOR s . Interfacing with CONTRACTOR s and IOC expediters in order to get updated information about delivery dates and production schedule. Actively expedite all the parties involved in order to have purchased material delivered on time. Provide review Variation Order Proposals for cost and schedule impact. Review and analyses CONTRACTOR s detailed schedule. Qualifications Experience The job holder must have qualifications in Contracting and Procurement Engineering Business Administration with an in depth experience 10 years of materials control preferably gained in the Oil Gas industry in West Africa with working experience in Logistics Materials Control Engineering services in materials control Contract processing Technical translation interpretation Accounting inventory control 28 28 rotational scheme Please reply quoting reference ANG-MC1
