One of my key clients in Angola an Oil and Gas Company is currently looking for a Lead Scheduler for their Commercial Department. This is a resident positions on a 3 year contract to live in Luanda family allowed Lead Scheduler Job Purpose Develop and maintain Angola NLG Annual Delivery Program and 90 day Schedule required of all products sold by the company. This will include the scheduling of 70-75 LNG cargoes 30-80 NGL cargoes and 150-200 Compressed Butane cargoes. This position will serve as the leader for the scheduling Team Professional Experience Demonstrated hands-on experience in LNG Scheduling minimum of 3 years with direct responsibility accountability. Strong knowledge of the LNG and NGLs value chains LPG and Condensate scheduling experience desired. Starting date ASAP

The Company Major oil operatorThe Role Job Title Assistant Marine Terminal Superintendent based in Luanda working between Company Office Company Logistics Base Contractor Facility in Luanda with frequent visits and stays offshore onboard either the FPSO or support craft. Role Accountable for ensuring optimal operation of the export terminal consisting of the deepwater CALM buoy and tandem stations. Responsibilities Oversee major CALM Buoy maintenance and Hose maintenance performed by Integrated Marine Service Contractor Oversee construction and testing of export hose pre and post installation at contractors shore based facility Assist in actively manage marine service contract with OPEX circa 20million USD and assist manage demurrage costs Maintain records and documentation pertaining to all maintenance of offloading system and export hoses Be present offshore acting as liaison between FPSO and Contractor during times of major maintenance Perform vessel inspections of contractor vessels Assist and liaise with internal stakeholders concerning ullage management and scheduling Assist and liaise with external partners with respect to scheduling and nominations Perform reviews of Berthing Hose handling and export activities capture lessons learned and provide feedback to update and improve existing procedures and documentation Provide Back up to contractor supplied Pilot and Loading Master conducting a minimum of berthings annum as pilot Coach offshore staff in terminal best practice terminal export activities and basic commercial awareness with regard to exports Ensure that spares and consumables for use with the ROS are procured in a timely manner stored and labelled correctly. Responsible for developing and maintaining rapid response packs for urgent corrective maintenance activities Responsible for close out of audit action items Act as Out of Hours contact on a rotational basis providing responses to both operational and commercial enquiries Assist with Marine Emergency Response and travel offshore if required at short notice Responsible for review and periodical update of Planned Maintenance Tasks as well as general operating procedures Assist with Terminal anti pollution procedures and capabilities including reviews as required. Role requires broad industry experience and knowledge of design and operation of typical subsea equipment including trees manifolds and connector systems and the applicable subsea industry standards and practice. A thorough understanding of subsea materials manufacturing methods welding and quality processes is also required. Knowledge of Client standards and group practices is desirable.
