The main requirements are to ensure that the new facilities are properly engineered and constructed so as to be fit for purpose in the conditions in which they will operate. - Major responsibilities shall include preparing and controlling schedule and budget securing personnel and financial resources for each project ensuring safety of design and work practices coordinating with peer managers and other staff on technical matters and concerns and ensuring compliance with Company policies with regard to purchasing contracting service orders risk analysis documenting fit for purpose facilities and other areas - Demonstrably adheres to Company guiding principles - Actively contributes to departmental and organizational goals - Directs and supervises all workers visitors and equipment in or around their construction sites - Pro-actively implements safe working practices and creates a healthy and safe working environment - Reviews engineering deliverables for constructability and operability - Pro-actively identifies opportunities to reduce cost time and schedule - Etc

Responsibility - Monitor and ensure compliance with the design basis for all new electrical facilities and tie-ins - Review design solutions review data sheets review bid evaluations - High levels of interaction with the main detailed design Contractor will be required and it is expected that the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills along with the ability to guide and direct the detail electrical design engineers through the technical Contractual obligations. - Provide site support and technical assistance for the entire project life cycle of construction hook-up and commissioning of the new facilities both in the offshore and onshore work environments. - Etc Qualifications A minimum of 15 years Oil amp Gas industry experience within a multi-discipline facilities construction and operation environment of design in all aspects of onshore electrical power generation and distribution HV up to 220kV and LV systems processing heavy crude oil sour gas treatment handling and water treatment Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering Personal Requirements 183 Strong team player with good interpersonal management skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential 183 Ability to effectively interact with all JOC departments contractors and vendors 183 Ability to handle multiple assignments with a clear focus on meeting deadlines 183 Ability to work in a diverse middle east desert field environment and must be capable of organizing multi-national resources efficiently and effectively and delegating work to the appropriate staff. Must be PC literate skilled in the use of MS Word Excel Outlook and Project as minimum
