QA QC coordinator Jetty Supply Base E2L C2L Duration 9-12 Months. Location Mynamar Experience and Qualifications Diploma or trade certificate and 12 years working experience in oil and gas industry 5 of which must have been in the upstream sector. 7 years working experience in the fabrication yard construction site or offshore site and relating to fabrication construction installation and hook-up and commissioning of the oil and gas process facilities Job Specific Skills For this particular role the client is looking for experience in managing QA QC and Independent Verification activities associated with civil engineering specifically jetty structures and supply base facilities. The individual must be able to demonstrate competence experience and knowledge of the manufacturing construction and installation of such structures. They want the individual to be capable of highlighting findings from inspections reporting to project management on status and highlighting raising any concerns to project management. Support the Project Engineer in all aspects of the project during preparation of the offshore campaign 8226 Supervises and manages the Company on-board supervision team HSE technical operational QA QC. on board the contractor vessels resp. pipelay barge and marine construction vessel 8226 Liaises with contractor for all operational matters 8226 Maintains communication and coordination with the Onshore and Offshore Company teams.ACTIVITIES 8226 Reviews Installation Contractor procedures drawings documents and plans 8226 Ensures compliance of Contractor activities with approved procedures 8226 Issues daily activity reports to the Project engineer and operations manager 8226 Ensures compliance of Installation Contractor activities with HSE procedures and plans 8226 Promptly reports any non-compliance and stops work if warranted to avert accidents. 8226 Ensures compliance of contractor works with approved quality specifications 8226 Manages offshore company team of technical and QA QC specialists 8226 Effective coordination with the offshore platform operations superintendent for all operational logistical and safety aspects.Requirements Project involves the prefabrication installation and commissioning of a 24 riser connecting spools and thenear offshore platform complex section of a new 24 pipeline. The platform is located offshore Myanmar.OBSERVATIONSLocation Myanmar. Approx. 4 weeks onshore preparation 6 to 8 weeks offshore with onshore rest breaks to be timed ad-hoc according to the operations schedule.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 8226 Fluency in English French spoken and written 8226 10 - 15 years experience in different phases of offshore construction projects e.g construction supervisionand project management. Projects involving engineering procurement installation and commissioning ofpipelines and diving construction of underwater facilities pipelines and risers umbilicals spools etc . 8226 experience as Company Representative.
