Principle Duties and Responsibilities 183 Responsible for conducting all production operations in a safe and environmentally responsible manner 183 Responsible for managing production supervisors foremen etc. in day-to-day operations and providing direction for all production projects 183 Through subordinates monitors production of wells on a daily basis and makes changes to maintain or increase production rates 183 Reviews procedures and signs-off on new well completions and existing well re-completions 183 Conducts in-depth evaluations of facilities equipment and measuring failures 183 Responsible for development of annual budget and short long-term production strategies 183 Reviews operational cost evaluations and optimizes lease operating expense 183 Ensures facility compliance of government regulations 183 Troubleshoots production problem areas Job Specifications 183 Bachelors degree in Engineering or high school diploma and additional equivalent production operations experience 183 A minimum of twelve years of experience in production operations 183 Proficient knowledge of drilling production workover coil tubing and wire line operations 183 Excellent understanding of the flow process for all offshore facilities within the Business Unit 183 Experience with offshore production equipment and safety systems 183 Proven management and organizational skills required 183 Excellent verbal and written communication skills 183 Good computer skills Decision-Making Authority Knowledge Responsible for supervising decisions involving the planning organizing and scheduling of production operations. We currently have an opening for three Drilling Supervisors for a number of projects in Equatorial Guinea. The water depth is around 1000m and the depth of the wells is around 4000m. Most of the wells are horizontal with lateral sections ranging from 300 to 700m. We are looking for candidates with the following skill set Deepwater drilling Subsea completions Horizontal drilling Sand control The anticipated start date is early June 2010. A minimum of 10 years previous experience as an offshore Drilling Supervisor is required. It is expected that a 28 28 rotation will be in place with flights back to the point of origin.

NB. ALL applicants MUST have a visa in place for this region. Not required by US Passport holders for duration less than 90 days Scope of work is a full spectrum ROV crew for activities in this region. Full details to follow. Experience as one of the named ROV personnel ROV Pilot Technician Sub Engineer ROV Technician ROV Supervisor ROV Superintendant is essential. Contract mobilises 11th January 2010 and duration is expected to be 4-6 weeks approx. All applicants must be available to mobilise for this date and remain available for the entire duration of the contract.
