Responsibilities 183 Provide overall Systems Completion documentation leadership and expertise during construction and commissioning activities. 183 Interface with Contractor Groups Discipline Engineers and client personnel to ensure clear focus on key system deliverables. 183 Monitor DCC activities in the compilation of mechanical completion handover dossiers for approval and acceptance. 183 Prepares Mechanical Completion handover certification from construction through to commissioning start up and ultimately Operations. 183 Issuing of progress and status reports to management on a predetermined basis. 183 Develops punch lists to ensure overall effectiveness of designed systems and subsystems meet the desired criteria for the process scheme.
