Will work with site team to develop a level 4 construction commissioning schedule to include full logic manhour estimates materials and vendor attendances. Conduct daily integrated planning meetings to action the next 48 hours lookahead. Provide regular 7 and 14 days lookahead for construction commissioning teams. Ensure visibility of areas which are ahead behind plan by introducing rundown curves for loops and tags. Ensuring the scope owners are aware of their schedule performance. Suggest mitigation for problematic areas Conduct productivity earned value analysis on a monthly basis.
