Accountabilities HSE management in projects to reduce risk and improve HSE culture and performance at site s Identify and maintain an overview of HSE risks mitigation measures and actions being taken status Develop review project specific HSE documentation HSE Activity Plan Emergency preparedness bridging documents procedures work plans studies etc Participate and contribute to risk management activities by e.g. attending risk assessments design reviews Hazid Hazop HIRA etc Attend arrange HSE meetings prepare HSE input and attend vessel mobilizations demobilizations Call for and attend project and contractors HSE meetings Monthly HSE reporting incident reporting Participate in investigation of incidents depending on severity and related follow-up activities e.g. Fountain data completion and compliance prepare presentation material for weekly incident reviews and Incident Review Panel Provide HSE advice to Project Team Obtain input from technical safety engineering environmental specialist work environment occupational hygienist as required Participate internal project activities monthly meetings etc Provide HSE activity input follow-up progress of relevant activities in the HSE Activity Plans Assist with input to authority applications reporting Implement permit and consent conditions in management system Company and contractors where relevant Contractor HSE follow-up Provide HSE support to the Contract Holder s to achieve continuous improvement Monitor HSE performance and prepare presentation material for regular monthly contractor Business Performance Reviews. Align contractor HSE plan s with HSE plan e.g. Norway Projects HSE Improvement Plan Motivate Contract Holders and contractors to fulfill contractual obligations Conduct site visits to support and challenge and improve HSE performance Qualifications Education Experience Competence Skills Engineering degree or equivalent 5-15 years of HSE exposure in the E amp P business preferably in subsea project execution operations and or contractor management offshore or onshore projects . Self-starter self-motivated open minded strongly team oriented with a passion to drive HSE improvement Excellent inter-personal and communication skills specifically related to managing and motivating contractors Fluent in English and Norwegian Key competencies include Contractor Management HSE Management in Projects including HSE in construction installation and commissioning preferably on site either onshore and or offshore marine vessels.
