Liaison with the project face area in HSSE Manager in hazards identifications and preventive measures. Prepare inspection and test plan for energizing electrical works including permit to work and lock out tag out inspection of work location. Ensure the maintenance of a high standard of housekeeping at all times. Investigation into site accidents and analysis of the causes and associated preventive actions. Performed loop checking and verified equipment tagging mieggering power control cables and pre-commissioning in safe timely manner. Conducted safety walk down with subordinates and ensured adherence with project safety policies and achieved no incident no accident work environment and project safety milestones. Managed all electrical installation works of sub-contractors to ensure site activities are done according to the client s quality standards project specifications and safety procedures. Monitors and ensures the quality of works done by the contractors inspect the new constructions and reports defects if any. Assist the construction team in assuring all projects specification are being met by the vendors and assist during pre-commissioning testing. Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status. Coordinate all site inspections with the site subcontractors.
