Contracts Administrator - Construction We urgently require a number of Contracts Administrators to join a small and evolving team on major infrastructure projects relating to Jubail Industrial City. The second phase of the Jubail region is progressing fast and there are a variety of large complex projects that require co-ordination and sound contract management. The team are required to administer the construction contracts with National and International contractors and consultants. Maintain a continuing review of the progress of assigned contracts and provide information regarding status progress and close-out including but not limited to warranty. Prepare change management documents forecast cash flow track changes and payments. Prepare change order and amendments negotiate with contractors customers to obtain settlement and process invoices with recommendations for payment. The teams will be directly responsible for the contract administration of construction contract processes - facilitating and supervising the change management process estimates and negotiations and Client s approval cycle. Also advise Client s management on decisions regarding contract strategies provide instruction to the client s throughout the contract administration stages and represent the Client in contract negotiations. Interface directly with the Client regarding contractor s status coordinate development and progress of work with the client s respective disciplines monitor and provide input into contract reports and as required assist with advise client s disciplines of contract administration efforts. Candidate should have multi-discipline exposure to a variety of construction contracts and preferably with a technical background. You should have detailed exposure to the preparation of change orders and amendments bills of quantities and invoice processing and must be able to robustly manage the Client s team handling a variety of contracts in various stages. All candidates must have a Degree in Quantity Surveying Law Business Administration Engineering or Construction Management. Chartered status is preferred. Relevant Middle Eastern experience is also preferred. Location Jubail Saudi ArabiaPackages are competitive and candidates can earn between 40 and 50 uplifts whilst in-Kingdom.
