As HSSE Lead your main responsibilities will include Provide Safety support and coordinate timely input of the HSSE team members to Quad 204 Project documents including Statement of Requirements Basis of Design and Project Execution Plan Update and maintain the HSSE Management plan for the current and future project stages Work in conjunction with PSCM and provide HSSE support for the prequalification process for all main Contracts. Facilitate the development of Performance Improvement Plans for contracting companies performing below expectation Review the project compliance against Major Projects Common Process requirements for current design phase and identify relevant gaps. Develop an action plan to facilitate timely closure of gaps identified Act as the Risk champion within the HSSE team for input into the Project Risk Management Tool. Maintain the HSSE teams Top Ten risks and ensure that they are reviewed by the team on a monthly basis. Monitor actions to ensure timely close out Act as the focal point for Quad 204 Regulatory Compliance. Work with the specialist Permit and Consent consultant to ensure that the project complies with requirements of all regulatory Permits and Consents Work with the project planner to build key permit and consent dates into the overall project schedule This is a contract position.
