Will be working on a rotational basis on a 6 weeks on 2 weeks off basis. Our Client has a vacancy for a Project Engineer based in Tunisia. This is a long term contract position. Position is available either live in or on a 6 2 rotation. Accountability Accountable for managing and delivering specific project work-scopes including supervising organising and co-ordinating engineering design and support activities for the contract. Prepare documentation for call to bid for all assigned packages. Primary Role Ensure that assigned projects are delivered to agreed budgets and schedules. Monitor spend against agreed contract and highlight to Management as required for possible intervention. Provide supervision direction and support for all personnel contributing to assigned packages. Promote effective communication and challenge within all disciplines to foster the production of safe cost effective fit for purpose and constructible design solutions. Manage the effective development monitoring and control of plans and estimates for assigned packages. Maintain close liaison with management and provide assistance to ensure all work on the assigned packages is progressed and reported effectively. Be open to innovative ways of working ensuring efficiency in delivery. Identify opportunities for efficiency in progress and constructability implement where agreed. Principal Responsibilities Ensure that all work complies with Contract and Project Health Safety Environmental and Quality policies and procedures project specific HSE and Quality plans agreed interfacing requirements with vendors and sub-contractors as appropriate. Promote SHEQ awareness to all project personnel. Assist with the development coaching and support of all assigned project personnel.
