The senior lead design engineer will be working on 500MW power plant project in Russia. The senior lead design engineer will be based in Turkey for a duration of 18 months. The senior lead design engineer will responsible for the electrical and mechanical design of the power plant and should have a minimum of approximately 15 years experience working in power plant design. The lead design engineer will be responsible for a team of 8 design engineers and will report directly to the engineering manager. The Lead design engineer should be an independent worker who does not need direction and has managerial experience. The lead role should have experience using design software packages and must be fluent in English Turkish or Russian is an advantage. The lead engineer would need to be available to start in June 2011
