He shall be a certified quality Engineer and Lead Auditor. He must have handled EPC for a major refinery project independently. His exposure particularly to projects in Middle East will be an added qualification. He must be familiar with all quality systems generally adopted during design and engineering of large sized projects and shall be able to guide and direct the EPC to ensure that deliverables fully reflect QA QC requirements of the applicable codes standards and other specific guidelines set forth by client in the Agreement. He must have participated and contributed in regular quality assurance and technical audits to be performed during the execution of the EPC phase of projects.
