The role on CDP of Define Execute Subsea Installation Manager is to assist the Company Subsea Installation Manager with key responsibilities being on the Organization roles and responsibilities Controls and Planning and liaising and interfacing with Contractors to ensure that the completion of the installation works are to Schedule. 183 Lead the development of the project scope and basis of design through to the selection and implementation of the chosen option using Capital Value staged approvals process. 183 Ensure the highest levels of safety quality and integrity in design and construction of your projects. 183 Ensure project delivery meets HSSE and regulatory requirements. Actively participate and lead as required the development of hazard identification risk assessment and process hazard analyses amp reviews 183 Ensure that all changes are appropriately defined reviewed approved implemented and closed out in accordance with applicable systems procedures and standards. 183 Direct the efforts of the Engineering amp Modifications contractor for your Projects ensuring that the contractors performance is measured and improvements are identified and implemented. 183 Participate in engineering contractor selection identify risks and gaps and manage contractors to ensure compliance with policies and procedures 183 Manage the budget for your Projects. Ensure that all necessary approvals are gained and that financial risks and opportunities are managed and communicated and that forecasts are provided in a timely manner. 183 Identify and proactively manage the risks to delivery of your assigned projects. 183 Work closely with the Asset team to establish realistic plans and schedules for project implementation Develop manpower plans and coordinate the deployment of resources 183 Ensure that modifications designed by the team comply with ETPs and relevant codes amp standards and have been subject to the appropriate level of Process Hazard Analysis 183 Coach mentor and supervise the activities of other engineers REQUIRED SKILLS - Qualified in an engineering discipline with a proven track record of delivery of Brownfield projects in an operational environment. - Proactive with a high level of energy and passion for seeing jobs through to completion. - Good interpersonal skills. Able to work effectively to achieve alignment across departments and teams. - Experience of working with international operators in the oil and gas industry and of directing the efforts of engineering construction contractors. - Typically more than 10 years experience in project engineering roles - Fluent in English EDUCATION - Engineering Degree
